Overall, I think you did a wonderful job, but there are minor flaws.

Get a better PS2 template.
The screens are too big.
The text needs a subtle Black Outer Glow, a stroke won't be enough.

get a better template , the writing is blured at bottom , screens slightly big , love the front and back images ;) just change them couple things m8 and it will be a great cover.

Yes, yes use a different Template, this one is ruining it. I always find making my own templates way better than using a ready one and it also is fun.
The front is awesome, I really love it. The back is great too but the screenshots are too big as stated before me.

i think the front cover is excellent tho. (if i was just basing it on front then it be a favorite.)
