When you copied the image, did it come with a non-transparent (solid-black) background, and then you simply cut it out? Or did you...add in a "stroke" layer effect?
Because when I pasted the fully transparent version, I haven't decided if it completely looks better. Some of the choppiness is due to just the nature of the style of the logo.

It looks terrible.
This is what you should do:
-Save it.
-Open it on whatever program you use.
-CTRL+A and then CTRL+C
-Go to your box and press CTRL+V
-PROFIT!
