I don't really like the logo placement. And it doesn't stand out from the background. Also the text looks 'pixelated' on the back. Otherwise it's pretty nice.

i'd substract the '2' from the logo and place it behind the logo [ ofcourse, decrease the size ]
also, you might want to cut-out the ncsoft logo.

#2, actually, the ncsoft logo is always like that on official boxes.
