Ok i will give it criticism. You didn't make the template and its a little bright. The image is a little dark and the only thing i see on it that you might have done is the way it goes to B&W. The ESRB is really small and you didn't give it a glow down the left side to match the template you found. The wallpaper you used seems to be to wide and idk why but it looks like it has a drop shadow like the paper in the case would float or something.
