Art is nice, but the quality of the image is not very good.

it's not too bad i guess, that is the art on the front of the instruction manual so i presume it's a scan

Make the ESRB smaller and put it more to the left, the CAPCOM is stretched (too tall)...

Same as #1, 2, and 3. Its a pretty cool concept, try beafing up the contrast & sharpening up the image. Actually, nevermind that. I think the problem in this case is that it's over sharpened. Keep working on it :)
