While most people here won't know about Keitai Denjū; Telefang is, some might know the original game in the series for the GB. The game got a crappy engrish translation, and was sold as Pokemon Diamond, and Jade.There was a second one for the GBA as well. The games play somewhat like Pokemon, but you have a telephone and you call monsters when you need their help, there is two version of the game, power and speed.

I think it's all offical, but not sure.
The template is a edited version of Muggleman's to make it Japanese since I don't see it ever coming to NA. I also don't think this game would be made, since the original company that made the first two went out of business.
Japanese most likely does not make much sense if any at all.

Just too bad the company who made this game got bankrupted. The publisher is still around but I wish they could release this game in the U.S. Shores makes me want to make a Telefang boxart.

The licenses got bought by another company after Smilesoft shut down, so I would guess it would be up to them if they would want to release it here, I don't think it would fare so well, since it might be deemed to similar to Pokemon.

#5, Dragon quest Joker wasn't deemed a pokemon clone, they said it was better than pokemon in some respects !

I heard it was pretty good, the thing about Dragon Quest was that it an already established series.
