I'm pretty sure they wouldn't remake MKM, nor would they re-use images from MK:D an the Dragon Logo from the first game.
There's nothing wrong with making hypothetical games, but don't do it unless you think you can make it believable.

radial blur (or just blur) the background a little bit if you can. so it doesn't look so pixelated
everything elese looks good
