The "weird splodge" is an ice effect, even though it doesn't match the background. Jeez, I'm new to this stuff, go a little softer.

#7, if this is your 4th, you should be doing better by now. Look at my box. Ive done one and its pretty good I'd say. What program are you using? I'd recomend Photoshop.
