OK I have added a supernova effect and I gave Bowser a slight fog effect i also removed one of the Lumas and to get rid of some of the blur i had to up the light so what do you think?
P.S: I know it seems that bowser is floating but it's the best i could do without having to start over also please tell me if i should cut the supernova off or just change the color?

This is true, it would kick-ass if you do this.
Keep the background, put the supernova effect again but make it look like its back the monster, not in front of it. Keep the same Bowser in the same place, but make it a bit transparent. Use the same Mario render too, but erase the yellow star and put the white one at Mario side. Fix the template. Try to make it less blurry, maybe is because the box is too small and VGBA resized it.
