Actual design is very good. But I'm gonna have to agree about the head blocking part of the logo.

If this were a magazine, it would be acceptable, but it's not. Videogames don't have the luxury of having subscriptions unlike magazines. You can't assume that the consumer will know the exact game name in a boxart- which is why you'll rarely see game boxarts have their logos covered up by other elements.
