I do like it a lot. On the back, add some borders around the pictures, or fade the edges. The red text on the back is a bit out of place, so I'd make it black. And if you're in photoshop, try adjusting the hue of the background on the back cover to a brownish color to match the front.
But it's good without all of that! 4/5 as a first!

For a first its not bad at all. Although the back is kinda bland.
