I second what GrahamZ said and the star render seems really choppy. Is that ring with the stars on it from Sonic 3? Kinda looks like it, but ya, works decent with this.
I would take a look at KoopaDasher's DS Mario boxes. He really tries to make a scene out of the renders instead of just renders placed randomly.
The Square-Enix logos look a little too big, I would size them both down a bit.
This box has real potential, I would just keep working it.
