Looks like another random Sonic box...

No originality in the logo which looks really choppy, and the characters are just floating in a sea of...other characters.

#3, Well, if it's your first, its not bad. Some things to keep in mind:

First off, what program do you edit in. Doesn't exactly look like MS Paint, but who knows. Second off, you don't need the Nintendo seal on the front of the box, you can shift over the SEGA logo to that position. If I'm not mistaken, that's a PAL movie rating you have on there, you should be using PEGI logos if my guess is right, if not, moving on...

And leastly, instead of having a random collage of characters for a background (it feels more like a comic book cover), try to incorporate the characters into a scene.
