That's mighty choppy. Are you using MS Paint? Because that's not exactly your best choice.

Get Gimp, paint.net, or photoshop. Much better programs :)

Judging by the girly logo, I'm guessing Mastercheif frolickes around holding hands with the Prophets. Anyway, hate the template, put the PEGI in the lower left corner and add a Dev logo.

if you REALLY want to know what's wrong with it:
The X on the "X-pod" doesn't really look nice.
The PEGI is diagnol from where it should be.
The logo would look nice, but the border clashes, so just use the official logo. Download halo-style text from dafont if you need to.
A small thing. The background,where your logo is, has a big blue square around it! If you're using MS paint, in the toolbar corner, with the highlight or text selected, There should be 2 pics of shapes in front of squares. Click the square at the BOTTOM, the one without any white in it.
