Ok, this isn't one of those laugh so hard you fall of you seat boxes, its just sapose to be silly. I was just randomly drawing things and i drew pip boy, thus the idea behind the box. Everything is hand drawn by me.
If you dont get the joke, obviously fallout 3 is a game, and Fall Out Boy is a band. So i put the two together and drew all of the members of the band like pip boy (cartoon for fallout)
