#1 yeah I've seen people use this ultra awesome template too.
and for the box, 4/5 the reflection is too big, and kinda looks wierd.

Overall I like the design a lot, but the template and the ESRB logo placement take it down a few points. If you could make it official looking, I would definitely favorite it.
