#2 The problem isn't your computer,the problem is your program you are running...
Use GIMP,Paint.Net or Photoshop...not MS Paint ...:/
You can run Windows 95 and will make good Boxarts with Photoshop...but you can run a PC with 4 GB RAM,THE BEST Nvidia Graphic Card and the new Windows 7.0 (whatever :P) but you will make bad boxarts like this...BECAUSE OF PAINT...
Try again and never give up ;)

whered you get that nazo beside silver though? that's friggin epic.
(tip: use a 2d silver. it looks wierd with 2d n and 3d s.)
