My newest box: MegaMan X4! I took me about an hour. E rating is from E_G, back E rating from ADFD, image borders from Chef, images from Google and gamefaqs and artwork from The MegaMan Network (eventually rendered by me). Hope you guys like it.
#3, Actually on snes boxes, it was quite regular to have a small part of a character overlap the template. See the official Megaman X box.
The thing, vegeta1056, is you have to do it stylistically, like this just seems like a bunch of randomly placed stretched renders, however it is fixable.
Choppy Renders. Bad Reflection.
Streched renders, and screenshots on NES emblem = EPIC OWNAGE FAIL.

Characters should never be overlapping templates, why can so many members not understand this concept?

SNES boxes used too have SMALL bits of characters overlapping, not whole ones.
What would be the point of that nintendo logo?
Also, the screens on the back are far too going for the SNES.
And finally, mis-use of the tag system.
