Oh, my this one took some effort. This is my submission for the 2nd round of the Scorpion Comp. The rules were make a game box and a console box bundle. The catch was that the game had to be an exclusive for the console you picked. I picked the original Metroid and the NES for some retro goodness. I think the whole project came out really well, it definitely has an 80's vibe which I was going for. This was the most amount of time I've ever spent on a single project, a ton of effort went into this, and I'm extremely pleased with the result. This is the first console box I've made, and I also made the game cartridge on the back which is a first too. Check it out in full to catch some of the smaller details floating around.

Hope you all like, favs, comments, votes, critiques, all welcome. Enjoy!

#12, Nice!!! It's good to know that sigs work. It's like advertising without being a whore about it. And your right this is retro goodness. I love that art from the original Metroid. It's so 50's sci fi. I can see me making alot of Metroid NES boxes cause of how good it is. Thanks for the fav, and I'm glad you like it.

#15, I saw that today you bumped and fav'ed a ton of my work, and other people's work too, so for that I would just like to say, Thank you, I'm glad you appreciate what I've made. As far as continuing my Zelda series, yes I'm going to, all that's left is Twilight Princess, but I'm not exactly in a hurry to make a box for it just yet. I have to make a box for a competition I'm in, and it will be a Zelda box, but it won't be TP. I haven't even started it yet, but keep your eyes open, it'll be uploaded sometime in the somewhat near future. Thanks again for the attention.
