#2, Yeah, that's whats wrong here... I don't see any possible improvements, the picture looks awful (trust me, it doesn't look like water color), the SE-logo isn't rendered and the logo is just the KH-font without anything special as well as barely readable.

#3, sry wish i kould get a better program but i try and try again but ms paint is the only one that works....
n the pic got messed up. the watercolor effect got messed up wen i sav'd it (4 some strange reason) n its REALLY HARD 4 me to render in ms paint becuse i have a jacked up hand and a jacked up mouse!

#10, GIMP works fine for me, even if my pc is the slowest thing in the world that a granny with no legs could out move.
just download it and see what happens, download this AVG thing, it seems to stop all the crap getting through the filters when downloading stuff.

#10, I use to use paint... and even my Work wasn't this Crappy, at least my logos were rendered, and my pic weren't blurry...
Mine actually had effort...
