This is a bunch of renders slapped onto a template with nothing but a black background, E10 is coving the logo, and the box is too crowded.
Also, I'm sorry to say but this will probably be on FailBlog soon..

I don't like version 1 or 2. Both look like you just slapped a render on a blank background with a logo, ESRB, and sega. 1/10

Anyway, I would start from scratch, get a better template (There's 3 in the resource section: link, use the standard logo and just put it on a related background and add some effects to it. Maybe even add some Flickys or something in the background.

Anyway, it does look a lot better now. I like that you added a back -A fairly good one actually-, but I think the text could stand to be a little more exciting. Another thing that could use dome fixing is the spine; the silhouette of Sonic doesn't look very good, and a spine logo is supposed to go there. The screenshots are actually pretty good, but I don't think the game will have Green Hill Zone in it.
Oh well. Overall It isn't a complete eyesore. Just make the text a bit more exciting, and it will be better!

CrashCorndog: On a separate note, don't save sprite work (or dang near anything) in JPEG format. Paint is more than usable for sprites though.
