If this was a real game I made. Then I would have made it a Action/Adventure games. Like DBZ Legacy of GOku for GBA. But this one should be on the big screen. Or on the Portable. So is it good.

4 times Goku isn't very logical. The "Dragonball" Logo is squished, that's bad.
I like the concept, but the design is poor. I would not include the young Goku in the boxart.

#2, I think his idea seems to be that you play through all of the Dragonball story, and that being the reason why kid Goku is on it.
I think it would be better if you had a linear presentation of the various Gokus, oldest to the left, youngest to the right. If you went with this idea, the best way to do it is to have the pics of Goku looking off to the right.
Also, I think it would suffice to just put the Namco Bandai logo for the publisher. The FUNimation logo would just be on the back.
Also, if Shenron is basically supposed to be the whole background, don't use a logo with Shenron in it.
I hope my crits are helpful and give you ideas for ways to better make your future boxes.

It's okay...I agree with tleeart, don't use two Shenrons. Also, you forgot GT Goku...otherwise...not bad
