This custom artwork is very nice! You were able to capture Captain Olimar perfectly without using outlines and adding just the right amount of detail, and I really like what you did with the tagline. I think you should alter the screenshots in some way though. Between all the lovely minimalistic drawings and simple text you used throughout the box, they seem a little out of place. I'm not sure what you could do to fix that: draw your own screenshots, maybe? That sounds like it might be worth experimenting with if you have the time. Very cohesive design overall!
This isn't bad at all, but I have a few problems with both the front and the back.
As for the front, the art is very blurry and the edges are jagged in full view. The art itself isn't bad, but the quality is, as well as the logo. I would also suggest giving the front a background more fitting of the game. They are all standing in a pretty bland empty space now, and it makes the front less interesting.
For the back, the quality of the artwork is much better, but the background is bland again. The text is also disorganized. I feel like adding a text box would help organize the text more and make it look more professional. Having screenshots with the same size would help quite a bit too.
Credit to Sarashi for the template.

Is this custom art?

Most of it is, apart from the Pikmin themselves.

I like it, but I think the characters need some shadowing.
