I like that artwork a lot - unfortunately, it's just the artwork from the Japanese Super Nintendo cover of this game. I noticed that a lot of your box arts are like this (I really like this one link as a concept for game cover), please try in the future to make your own design!
Some tips on the editing process in general: the Wii template is fine, but the logo you selected was clearly too small; if that's the case, don't blow it up! The pixelated effect is a big turn-off. It's a simple logo, so when you can't find one that's the right size, you can trace over it yourself with the pen tool if you have to - the extra effort goes a long way in brightening up the design. The text under the PEGI logo you added seems pixelated and jagged - when scaling things, make sure you have some interpolation setting turned on, or else it'll always come out like that. Finally, why I see you wanted to show this game was on the Wii Virtual Console, "Virtual Console Arcade" refers to downloads on that platform that are of old-style pre-console arcade games, like Pac-Man and Galaga.
I hope I helped you with those suggestions. You clearly have an eye for what makes a good design, and I'd like to see what happens whenever you start making your own. Here's hoping there's something custom of yours here in the future!
I don't know what to say.
