Here we go. A box in REAL 3D! (Works with Red/Green glasses, and I'm told Red/Blue too!). Started it yesterday as an idea and I was liking how it was working out so I finished it up!
Credits:
'Dead Rising' Logo- ElectricDynamite
'3D' Logo- Nerdysimmer
Template- Jevangod
ESRB Front- ADFD
Screen borders- LEGOslayer
I reccomend viewing in full. So enjoy and tell me what you think!
@2 Thanks, I put the decription to the side to keep it out the way of Frank, and I used the logo reflection cause Dead Rising seems to use it even when there is nowhere to reflect and I wanted to keep it in tune with the officials. thanks again
I Don't like the reflection of the name on the front. And The Description on the back is Oddly-Placed, but 4/5 :) And I like that you did it in ACTUAL 3D , Now that's worth a fave ;D
Looks like a good deal of the work went into the presentation itself. The cover isn't bad, but it's pretty basic. If only I had some glasses to try out the 3D effect.
@3-5 Thanks :3
@6 It did have more colours but some got lost in the 3D'ing, the show up better with the glasses. It became very yellow with the 3D effect so I put a new layer on top to try and equal it out a little. I'll see if I can fix the colours up a litlle bit though.
@8 thats pretty good then haha, and I didnt want to over complicate the design for my first attempt at a 3D box. I may work on some more complex designs soon, like 3D characters on flat backgrounds, or multilayered 3D images.
@9 haha thanks. and i think loads of users have done that before aha
EDIT: I almost forgot. Credit to SMHS for the tagline idea
Actually, most (or maybe all) 3DS game covers have a 3D feature, eh? Since I saw little 3D game cases I don't have sure, the only cover I know that contains 3D is the Street Fighter 4 3D
@11 + 12 Thanks!
@13, I dont think I've ever seen an actual 3D box art, maybe some are in the US. I've seen alot of holographic ones, like Batman: Arkham Asylum Game of the Year Edition...
It's pretty cool that you added that, in fact it would be nice if it's that weird paper that shows multiple views at different angles (but that's another story)
The box itself is simple, I think the back would benefit from moving the screenshots and synopsis moving it off the border since there's a bunch of space.

This is actually very nice, I like the concept.
I have a SE of InFamous 2 that has a holographic cover, It's kinda cool.

The 3d works with my red/green glasses. The box design isn't bad either, though I kinda wish it had more colors.

I actually used the Green/Magenta glasses, and it still worked! Good job on the 3D, but as other said, the design is a bit basic.

#14, I mean, 3D without the use of glasses, these holographics... yeah must be it

Nice job on the 3D, though the layouts and composition look generic and uninspired. I also dislike the reflection on the logo.
