Very sleek, but I'd prefer it if the logo was moved up a little, because it doesn't really grab my attention where it is at the moment.

Excellent! I agree with zombieDeadpool8 about the logo placement though (the top right side or horizontally placed below Andrew, would be more fitting imo.)
