The Operation Rainfall games has generated a lot of buzz and Nintendo is now promoting them together with The Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword. I though they made a great collection, what with being the last big "core" games Nintendo will release on the Wii, and felt like making a collection box for them.
I have been watching this site for some time now, and even if it isn't artwork for a commercial release (fictional or otherwise) I though it was fitting to share it here.
Seeing as I wanted to fit in four games on the back I went for a functional design over a more stylished design. I also chose to use official descriptions for the back, something that I kinda regret. Oh well, it was pretty fun so if I decide to design another box I'll try something different!

I really do like the concept of the box, the back looks very professional; the only things that don't seem to flow are the Cover and the Title Font for the Cover/Spine.
Other than that Pretty Damned Awesome for a first box!

Thanks! Glad you like the back, I felt quite unsure about it, so I'm glad to hear it worked out. I pretty much agree with you when it comes to the font, especially on the spine where I think it looks a bit ridiculous. Finding a working title font is definitely the part I find the most difficult.
Personally I am quite fond of the front cover though. What is it you dislike? Or maybe I'm misunderstanding you, were you simply referring to the title font not working well with the front cover?
