Well the text is very hard to read and ubisoft logo looks odd and need to be biger.

Good work, if you did move the text a little more to the right and made it bold and a lot bigger, it will not look crap.
It is quite empty on the back, simplicity is good sure but you could have thrown in an extra screenshot. This box makes the game look like an RPG, not an Assassin game aswell.
