I don't like that it looks like that woman is almost just about to touch Master Chief's special place,
sorry I can tell you put quite a bit of effort in it but the choice of imagery works bad for a box.
No offense, just my opinion.

nice artwork, good that it hasn't been used before, except the bungie and microsoft logos aren't very good, and the halo 3 logo should be in the middle, but opinion.

I agreed with EG before I read his post. I do congratulate you on the hard work you put into it, the colors are great. I think you need some shadows on your dev logos.
