Yes, it is ok. The font that says "dread" I am not a fan of. While it doesn't seem like a terrible amount of editing was done to the picture, it is still very nice. 3/5
but now work on a back for it and you'll do great. Just remember good boxarts have only One side, but Great Boxart have 2!
But there are some exception to some great one-sided boxarts. :D
Just Trust me and try to make a back to it. (with screenshots and such)

It's cool...I like it.

I also think a back would be great. I also think the Dread part of the logo should match the Metroid part.
