Not bad for your first. Few things could be improved.
1. Never stretch photos, images, logos etc. Keep it in proportion else the design looks strange.
2. The back could do with a bit more work. Maybe try adding a heading. Look on here for some more inspiration and see how other people set up their backs.
3. Maybe try it in 3d...
