My entry for the 3rd round of the Midas Touch competition. Went for a comic book style and also tried to match some of the comic art that the inFamous games often used in cutscenes. Don't know much about inFamous 2, so I tried to stick with what I knew from the other games in the series. Any feedback is appreciated, and thanks to those who helped in the WIP thread.
