You seems to have mixed up Ruby and FireRed.

@Alex Gozdecki The "red Pokémon" in Ruby is Groudon. You can't even get a Charizard in Ruby without trading with FireRed/LeafGreen, long after you've beaten the game...

@Alex Gozdecki uh, no. after Red, Blue and Yellow the legendary Pokémon that is in that version is always on the box.
it's not random at all.
and Red, Blue and Yellow have the starter Pokémon on the covers.
