Awful. The logo is cut off. The Teen and dev logos are everywhere wrong. the box is all black around the edges and has no sense of style whatsoever. the cut-outs are awful. everything is just randomly slapped together. This is not a box.

Effort? The amount of effort put into this box makes eating Cheerios look hard. Maybe get help on the tutorials and critiques forums? Or download the Gimp if you can't afford photoshop? And you said "Maybe I'll put a background in later." When was the last time you walked into Best Buy and saw a box with a bunch of floating pictures on a black background, hmmm? Just try to make it realistic.
