There's no background, you basically put Mario, Luigi, and a random star. The Wi-Fi logo goes somewhere else, and the ESRB is in the corner. It looks like it was made in Paint which would explain why there is no background. (It's easier to leave a white background if the Mario, Luigi and star have white backgrounds) 3/5
