i like it, but for some reason the title doesn't feel like it's in the right spot... i dont know why. 4/5

thanks, but do you think that the title would look better on the bottom? But tthen again the top would look kind of empty.

well first of all you might wanna do some effects on this saturation/hue
a back?
bigger bethesda logo
cut out the character and move the background left abit
scale the whole thing down a bit and insert more images/renders ...

I like that you lowered the logo, good work there. I agree with making the bethesda soft logo larger.
I'm thinking what can be added is the destroyed capital building render I've seen floating around before...
