Okay...instead of making more crap Paint boxes while you learn how to use Gimp, how about...you know, you experiment making boxes with Gimp while learning Gimp? Just a suggestion, I'm sure it hasn't crossed your mind before, though.

8-Yeah, but I just have a tendency to want to do things quickly as I have a short attention span, AND there are many computers I use, so sometimes I may not know when I'll get back to it, so I try finishing it at once. Hot PXL is the only exception.
#7, That's why people treat you badly sometimes. That and you don't seem to really want to improve, at least from the other side of a computer monitor. You just keep on posting random, incomplete looking boxes, then you post multiple boxes a day. If you took the time you used on all the many boxes you post at a time on one box, you could find yourself improving.
#7, Email the file to yourself if you don't have another way to transfer from one computer to another like a key/thumb drive or an external hard drive, if you can. You shouldn't just shrug my advice off, I'm trying to help. I don't want to have to give up on somebody else.

Like I've said before, you come up with some pretty funny and creative ideas for humor. If you could actually apply yourself and learn how to work with GIMP a bit, I bet you could make some pretty good stuff. You obviously really like making box designs, so I believe you owe it to yourself to upgrade your game a bit.

Hm, yes. Look up some GIMP tutorials online or figure it out through trial and error. Make a box in GIMP and post it on the WIP forum, alright?
