I'm not feeling this one. Your render is unfinished, I can see blue sky on the right side, above the "N'S" part of the logo. also, the stylized A in the logo could use a stroke of some kind to get better visibility, or just making it bright white would make it more visible.

The template is stretched and the background doesn't work well.

1.5/5

I wouldn't say its as bad as tleeart and GrahamZ say it is. It just needs some touching up at parts, and it'll look pretty good ... well, as long as that's a render of him with some kind of object in front of him that he's holding on to. Its not a cut render at that part, is it?

Well, I say you should do the following things:

1) Move the logo just barely down.
2) The logo isn't very visible because of the clash with the cluttered clothing of the guy. Maybe a strong white outerglow would look good (not large and fadey)
3) Make that object he's holding onto actually exist, rather than look so similar to the background. (is it a rock?)

Do that much and I'd really like to see what it looks like.

Maybe if both sides of the (I forgot his name) were like the left side, it would be better.. And try to make the logo stand out more. Also, the image has to be wider.
