But anyway, I don't understand... it looks like a screenshot stretched from "Surf's Up" or whatever the name of the animated movie with the surfing penguins was called, and a clip art shark?
Theres suppose to be some significance on the the 12 rating, but I don't understand what. The template is looking pretty tough too.

This is okay for a first design, but the shark looks out of place, may I suggest some image editing programs like Paint.NET, Photoshop or Gimp (it's a free clone of Photoshop).
