Castleroid is the term for SOTN style Castlevania games. This would be a fun fan game, but would never work as a real one. I want to see a Castlevania/Ghouls N' Ghosts crossover, I tried once but gave up.
Box looks ok, but sci-fi and gothic castles can only blend so well together.

#11, I knew you couldn't resist this box. The storyline is waaay out there, but who cares!? Very nice color scheme with the hints of blue here and there.

This can't be coincidence, I read an article about Castevania which said it is some sorta CastleTroid! I read it in the Dutch [N]Gamer!
