The front of the box needs more of the left character on it, and you should do without the other guy on the right. I like it, good job. 4/5

Bad thing is that the soldier is on the side of the box. I think you must move him on the front of the box a bit...
Or invert the texture.

I also notice the words in the background are reversed... Try to blur them out or erase them all together.

#8 thats right. Background is inverted. If the soldier and background is the same art (not layered), that means that invertion of all the art will be damn good.

It does'nt look like a Tom Clancy game to me it reminds me Halo a lot more.
Really good though.
