You got to be kidding meÂ…

why did didn’t you put the words ‘Halo’ on.
How would people who do not know Halo know what the proper name is when in the shop, ‘can I buy this copy of 3’ please? The makers need a few new fans and just the 3 doesn’t help.

Your asw: A person who hasnÂ’t played games before and all companies want to get these, if I was an inexperienced gamer, I wouldnÂ’t know what this game is and Bungie would want that type of person yeah?
Plus the style of the previous box arts in the series depicts that chances are only the collectorÂ’s edition with only the 3, so either way itÂ’ll better with the words on.

"Halo 3" would look better, and it would allow more of the background to be visible. Pretty good, 3.5/5

This is a very nice piece of work. I love how everything is blended well together. It's very clean, very nice.

The name, however, doesn't matter. Master Chief has become a GIGANTIC icon in the industry. You could walk up to majority of people in the world with a picture of MC and ask "Do you know what video game this is from?" and they'll say, 99% of the time, "Yea, that's the guy from Halo, isn't it?" Halo is a phenomenon in the world. My 7 year old brother knows who MC is. My dad, who hasn't played a game since the 2600, knows who MC is. The 3 and Master Chief is all you need to sell a Halo 3 box art. Well done my friend, well done.

You critically attack me making a box art that isnÂ’t as good yet you did it yourself far beyond my day yet I didnÂ’t insult you because youÂ’re proven effort in other boxes. You act like is a popularity contest, grow up.

Also anything below 3 is negative, my score is not retaliation, its positive, past half way, but the amount of Halo 3 boxes is stacked, the reasons I did not higher it is people do know what Halo is but new to gaming wouldnÂ’t, and only special editions have the 3, get the point already?
Also a big 3 takes more space of Master chief than the normal writing would, don’t deny the other reason this box is nothing special, look at the others, and do not deny the boring sense of déjà vu. You should do more to make it different, do not say I shouldn’t compare it to the others but I shouldn’t ignore the fact it’s nothing new and special to deserve a more positive rating either.

People attacked me for stating that not every one no what Halo is a lot of non gamers donÂ’t and thatÂ’s who Bungie would also try to sell the game to by having full title, itÂ’s a common selling point. Love your precious Halos, just remember theres a difference between constrictive crictism and bitchin, it was a suggestion; youÂ’re the guys bitchin by taking it like its offensive. And yeah the reason youÂ’re all jumping on me and being so defensive about series is the reason I do not make this point on every 1/80 of the Halo boxes. Now bye.

There are tons of Halo 3 boxes on this sight that only have the 3. It doesnt have to say it on the front aslong as their is something that iconizes it.I'm pretty sure people who are new to gaming know who the hell is Super Mario or Master Chief.
