Not bad, actually. It would look better if it said "Limited Collector's Edition" or something as it looks a bit too bland for a normal cover.

it's alright but the 16+ is not cut out right and show be white, not black. there probably shouldn't be an infinity ward logo on the front. but other than a few minor things it's nice

sorry. but i'm not really able to see everything, and remove some of the white please.

#4, It's easy to see in full view, and the white is a little to much, but not a huge excess.

It's not that bad for a first effort, welcome to the site. As you can see, there's no reason to why you should write your name and the date, as the site does it for you anyway.
