the whole picture (other than the tiny writing) is nintendos and the back will be done and this is a beta and im new so give me a break

Everything but the extremely minature text was taken from the Gameboy box (link) and put onto a DS template.

Even for a first box this is effortless!
Im sorry but you seriously need to improve your ideas! Taking the exact art from a Gameboy box and sticking it into a Nintendo DS template is just lazy. And the image is even blurry and choppy.

#5, even if it's beta, you don't just slap a DS temp onto a GB box art and add ultra-small text. That's effortless. It still has the GameBoy Game Pak seal on it even.

you forgot to remove the "Game Boy Game Pak" logo from the right of the box.
