I agree with 1. I also think the title should be a little lighter. Also isn't the rating usually on the left.

I would not use the plasticrize on the logo, makes it look like it melting and not as professional as you're expect.
Very good concept though decently executed.

#2, No. Nintendo has their ratings on the right. As for the box, very good, but some stuff should be brighter.

Need an example your statement is wrong, not on the right sometimes it varies from box art presentation.

The RE4 is a PAL box though, I think all ESRB ratings are on the right.
