its not official box-art, its part template, part scan, part custom and part official front.
i know this because he's stolen it from the site i moderate, uploaded by a user called Webeb, who i'm pretty sure has stolen it from somewhere else, so it will be rejected in due course

@Luigi53 thats a point we can argue all day my friend, ANY artwork spliced together to make a custom is "official" artwork as you've not originated it yourself. So technically almost everything here is "stealing"
You made it sound like the whole thing was a full retail box, i was pointing out it wasn't
