Ok, so I have 2 versions.
V1 and V2 share the same front, but have a different back.
PS. NO 3D PROGRAM WAS USED IN THE MAKING OF THIS BOX. IT HAS ALL BEEN CREATED INSIDE OF GIMP.

#4, it is a tin. Such as with Doom 3 and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, You have a sleeve that can be taken off with reveals the metallic casing. So they are missing, but they wouldn't belong on the case itself. but thanks for the score. :)

Like Doom 3 and Chaos Theory's Special Edition, there is a sleeve that the tin goes into and the sleeve itself has the template and dev logos. ;)
